Background information
PA-23-250-C, Serial Number 27-3935, was manufactured in 1966 at the Piper Aircraft Corporation facility in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. The aircraft, then Canadian registered as CF-WZZ, came into my care and control on June 11, 1974, acquired from Aero Flying Academy located at the Municipal Airport (YXD) in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The aircraft was based in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Canada (JU4) from that time until September of that year when we relocated to Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada (YQL).
Some old photos of C-FWZZ
As sad as it may sound, the photos on this page are the only ones that I have left in my possession at the moment. All are about the same vintage too, approximately mid-to-late 1970's. If I manage to come across any others of this fine PA-23-250-C "Aztec", I will be certain to post them here.
Destinations
Where I have flown with C-FWZZ
In no particular order, presented here are the places I have flown to as the pilot-in-command of C-FWZZ. Now, they haven't all been airports, so I can't use that as a heading. The three characters preceding the location names are from the FAA publication 7350.7X - Location Identifiers, Section 6, Sub-section 'K'.
